1 large pink freshwater pearl, centered by 4 small white freshwater pearls. I chose the large pink pearl because as many who knew Ally knew, that pink was her favorite color.
This necklace is in remembrance of Ally Hooten, who lost her life on January 7th 2017 after a tragic ATV accident.
Her parents, Jana and Steve Hooten, wish to raise money for Wylie Preparatory Academy to honor Ally and the impact she had on this Earth for God's Kingdom.
Ally was a leader on her school campus and on the field. Her bold, unwavering faith in God is still stirring hearts to know Christ. To date over 270 people have come to know Christ after hearing her story. Help continue that legacy by donating to support the Belize Mission Trip fund and the gymnasium building fund at her school, Wylie Preparatory Academy. Ally loved serving on the mission team there and she passionately played volleyball, basketball, and softball for the Wylie Prep Patriots. A donation to these causes will honor her memory and further grow
her legacy.

I've been wearing this necklace with anything and everything in honor of Ally Hooten. I love the meaning behind the name Halibut, and as an avid fisherwoman, appreciate that it's constructed from fishing line, hooks, and pearls. Hopefully adding to my collection soon - perfect for the beach as well! Rest In Peace, Ally...your legacy lives on.
